  The first time my son and I came in to purchase two anoles. Were helped by a very knowledgeable woman who was fantastic. Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed the male had a problem with one of his eyes. It will swell up and then go away. Still happens but he seems fine otherwise. The female died in three weeks, not sure why. We came in again today to purchase two more female anoles. The girl who helped us was terrible. I asked if we were getting females and she made some inaudible noise then ignored us. She brought them to the counter and I asked her again if we had females and she just walked away, ignoring us again. I know she heard me ask. It was clear she had no clue how to tell the sex of lizards. Then I asked the cashier if there was any guarantee on animals and she told me there wasn't, and was really rude after I asked. My son and I left the store feeling very unhappy with the whole experience. He was just as upset as I was. Poor attitudes and horrible customer service. He told me he never wants to go back there before I could say it. We will never buy anything from there again.
